HERITAGE LEGACY FUND
The 2016 Heritage Legacy Fund application deadline has now passed. All applicants will receive funding notification by the end of August, 2016.
The Heritage Legacy Fund was established as an endowment from the Province of British Columbia in 2003 and held by the Vancouver Foundation. Grants are available for Heritage Conservation projects and Heritage Awareness projects. The grants support the conservation of heritage resources in British Columbia, as well as promote and increase public awareness, understanding, and appreciation of British Columbia’s heritage resources.
Registered non-profit societies, registered federal charities, local governments, self-governing First Nations, and School Boards are eligible to apply for funding.
In 2015, Grant applications were reviewed by the Heritage Legacy Grant Committee: Eric Pattison, Jennifer Iredale, Maureen Arvanitidis, Robert Hobson, and Deborah Hudson.
