Welcome to the World Wars Monuments and Memorials Map

The map was a community sourced project that features 221 structures or other features that commemorate Canada’s war dead. Submissions reflected stories, heritage and history from across the province. Together the sites show the impact of the wars on British Columbians, and highlight the ways in which communities in the province choose to remember those who were lost.
