Kirstin Clausen
Executive Director
The first heritage building restoration project Kirstin was lead on was the Northern Alberta Railway train station in Peace River, AB in 1988. Since then she counts herself blessed for having been able to have worked in museums that have active engagement with heritage planning and preservation of historic buildings. She was with the Langley Centennial Museum (Fort Langley) for 9 years and Britannia Mine Museum as its Executive Director for 20 years. Kirstin is a passionate administrator and believer that heritage is within everyone’s capacity to benefit from.
Nathalie Lim Picard
Heritage Program Coordinator
Nathalie has worked for nearly a decade in heritage, including a season at the Juno Beach Centre in Normandy and as Program Coordinator at the Cranbrook History Centre. For her MA in Public History, she developed Japanese Canadian Internment education kits, and she continues to be passionate about sharing the history of asian diaspora communities in Canada. When not working, you can find her hiking, or exploring cute cafes.
Jennyce Hoffman
Communications, Membership & Development Coordinator
Jennyce has always been passionate about culture and heritage, engaging in local history programs and advocating for museums since childhood. With an MA in Museum Studies, she now creates meaningful ways for individuals, communities, and organizations to connect with heritage. Jennyce is also a photographer who loves capturing moments outdoors—whether she's trail running, skiing, mountain biking, or climbing.
Leslie Bush
Community Heritage Coordinator
Leslie has worked and advocated for the Arts, Culture, Heritage sector for over a decade, offering his skills in community engagement, not-for-profit administration, and strategic planning to many initiatives and organizations. Most recently with the Edmonton Heritage Council his work connects people in the community with funding and support to research, interpret, preserve, and advocate for our shared heritage. Once described as a ‘serial volunteer’ Les is an active advocate for sustainable and resilient communities, an avid cyclist, ambitious home cook, and aspiring artist.
