Family Day at the Okanagan Heritage Museum

Become part of our great big extended Famiglia Italiana (Our Italian Family) at the Okanagan Heritage Museum for a special Family Day Celebration. The Kelowna Canadian Italian Club will be there with some stories of what family means to Italian Culture. The museum invites you to celebrate BC Family Day with games, artifacts, activities and crafts Learn all about Okanagan families past and present including syilx communities, settlers of Kelowna, furry families from the animal kingdom and a fan favourite, dinosaurs!
This is also the last day to catch the exhibit La Nostra Famiglia Italiana: Our Legacy in Kelowna. Don’t miss this celebration of the many contributions Italians have made to our community. The Museum will be open Monday for holiday hours, from 11 am to 4 pm.
