Heritage Week 2023: Always in All Ways

Always in All Ways invited you to explore your local community’s heritage in all the ways that excited you! From joining a walking tour or taking part in a workshop to cooking a family recipe at home, this week was all about celebrating the culture and heritage of the communities that make up the place you call home.

With approximately 64 unique events listed on our online calendar (and many more across the province), 36 communities participated in these celebrations, and 12 proclamations were issued by local municipalities—including the Province of BC, which officially declared February 20-26, 2023, as Heritage Week. Your support and engagement were truly incredible!
