This webinar is the second in a four part series hosted by Vantage Point for Heritage BC on building a strong board. This webinar tackles understanding how to effectively orient and onboard new board members, see the importance of having diversity in building an effective board and how to ensure that board succession planning become a part of the culture.
About the Presenters:
Jodi Rai is a volunteer for Vantage Point, an organization that creates content to equip non-for-profit leaders to lift organizational capacity. Jodi has spent over 20 years in the public sector as an HR Generalist, Manager, and Senior Advisor, as well as a not-for-profit board member. She brings expertise in strategic planning, project execution, coaching, training, and mentorship across any & all human-related work.
