This webinar brings together two panelists who have researched heritage incentive programs to share their findings. In their respective presentations they offer insight into the successes, challenges and best practices that they observed through incentive programs that promote heritage conservation.
About the Presenters:
Gary Penway is a consultant, and heritage professional who started the city of North Vancouver Heritage Program. As a consultant he directed a study on the New Westminster Queen’s Park Heritage Conservation Area which was completed in Spring 2018.
