Participants will have the opportunity to learn from ʔAkisq̓nuk First Nation Knowledge Holders about Wa¢kna (dried meat) as well as from Shuswap Knowledge Holders about medicinal teas and have a chance to make some bannock on a stick. This is primarily an in-class program, but will be open to the public, Friday, Feb. 20 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM.
