This webinar discusses why to use committees, and how to organize and use them effectively. Then it drills down on how to keep the number of committees limited and focused on critical issues, and how to conduct committee meetings in a successful and efficient manner.
Francis CF Chang is a volunteer for Vantage Point, an organization that creates content to equip non-for-profit leaders to lift organizational capacity. Francis worked as a lawyer for 25 years in private practice, and as general council. He has experience on boards and advising in both business and non-for-profits. He was a board member for the United Way of the Lower Mainland for seven years, including chairing the finance committee.
