Venues, Accessibility, and Parking
All conference activities will take place at various venues and cultural sites in Britannia Beach and Squamish. Please note that walking short distances (100–500 metres) may be required at venues. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear to ensure ease of movement.
We are committed to making the conference as accessible and welcoming as possible. Please let us know if you have any accessibility needs we should be aware of. Examples may include mobility access, seating, sensory considerations, or other supports. If you have any accessibility questions or concerns that are not addressed below, please contact us at [email protected].
Conference attendees are asked to arrange their own transportation to and from all of the venues. Parking will be available at all venues, and in Britannia Beach, meeting spaces are within easy walking distance of one another. Bus transportation will be provided for Wednesday’s walking tours only.
Please plan your travel, accommodations, parking, and daily transportation in advance. If you’re travelling to and from the Lower Mainland, allow extra time for traffic along the Sea-to-Sky corridor.
